Our Shipping Policy
In our brick & mortar store we use only donated plastic bags to use at our checkout. We've carried the same idea to our online store, and use only donated materials for packing and shipping. This means your order might arrive in a box that in a previous life carried oranges, a small appliance, etc.
We have two options for delivery, UPS and the US Postal Service. Please note that our UPS calculator generates rates for residental addresses only. If your package is being sent to a commerical address, please contact us and we'll work out the difference. We will hold walk-in orders for 10 business days, at which time we will re-stock the item and refund the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
At this time all online sales that are shipped are final unless the wrong item(s) were shipped. If this happens, contact us and we'll straighten it out.
